Premium pre-card activated but not showing up?

Hi all

I've just activated a 6-month premium card, no issues activating it but under my account nothing appears to have changed - it says my next payment renewal is one month after the last one was on the same card. Is there a delay before it works out that you've redeemed a premium card or something like that?

Hello!

When you redeemed it, did you receive a receipt in your email? Also, did your renewal/end date change here?

If it redeemed and it is still not showing up, you will need to contact Spotify directly here, if you get a automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply).
