Problems with password reset

Hi,

 

I've been having trouble with password reset for a while now.  I've tried resetting my password a number of times over the past month, but I never receive the password reset email.

 

I know I'm using the correct email, as I can still get to my account when clicking through from Spotify itself, which is logged in. This shows, I'm using the email address I expect.  However, I can't change the password on the account form, as I don't know my current password.  I need to reset my password, as I want to log in on other devices.

 

How can I reset my password, if I don't recieve the reset email?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get one of those emails out to you manually, sometimes the automatic system just doesn't want to play ball! 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks for the quick reply!  I had tried to find a contact form myself, but couldn't see it anywhere.  I've sent a support request as advised, so fingers crossed.
