hi, i am half way through a 30 day free premium account trial and today it's not working as a premium account? i logged into your website and it states that i have until the fourth of next month. can you help me please thank you Nathan

When you log in online, what username is shown on you online account (which says you have Premium)?

• Sign out and sign back in.
• A clean reinstallation of the app.
