Hello,

 

I tried to sign up for the Spotify Student Discount, but upon trying to verify my student status, it failed. I tried again (I imagined that if I entered payment details a second time, Spotify would recognize that I had already entered this information). After failing to verify my status twice, I see that my card was charged twice. But the receipts in my Spotify account do not show any transactions.

 

How does SheerID even work? It seems they need a different way to make it work properly based on how many people are having issues with verification.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
