Spotify Unlimited not working on my iPhone

Recently subscribed to Spotify Unlimited, but according to my phone I'm still using it for free.  Can only skip a number of times and can only listen to my playlists in shuffle mode.

Have logged out and logged in, uninstalled and reinstalled.  Any advice here would be great.

Unlimited gives you no advantage over Free on mobile phone. If you want ad-free, on demand listening, you need Premium. You can upgrade to Premium here and your remaining days of Unlimited will be converted for you automatically.

Then I'd recommend an update on the notification when you skip a number of times on the app - it even says "you need to upgrade to unlimited" - unlimited is my current package, so from a user point of view it is confusing and quite misleading.
