My Question or Issue

Can't log in to my spotify premium account. I forgot both username acct and password. I tried all possible accts but all is not a apotify premium acct. Pls help. Thanks

If you can't locate your Premium account we suggest following the steps described here. This way you can find out if you've created multiple Spotify accounts and see which of them has an active Premium plan. 

Additionally, you can take a look at this help page on how to retrieve your login details in case you can't recall them.

Hi Ivan,

I tried logging in on 4 acct that i have but still the subscription says free acct. None of those 4 accts that i have says premium acct. Pls help me retrieve my premium acct. Thanks

If you had no luck with the accounts you mentioned and are still experiencing this issue, it'd be great to take a look here. The folks in the Support team will help you find your Premium through some of your subscription payment details.
