Spotify staff please help!

You guys took my money for premium witch is good. But i am still banned so I can't use my premium? Can someone from the staff look at this. It is serious. I think i am banned.

Please help. I can't live without spotify!!

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

 

btw, why would you get banned?

I was inable to find the receipt but I clould also send my playlist names amd the devices i used eith spotify. The way I got banned is beacause I charged the €9,99 back not knowing from what sourc is was. Thats why they put my account on hold. But if i am right i'm in the last step of getting my account back 🙂
