My Question or Issue

It seems like the way the address is being filled in between when I created my account years ago and now has changed, and I'm unable to add my brother to the account. When he enters our address, it's written in a different way then when I entered it. I tried to update my account information to use the new version of the address, but the only thing I'm able to put in the address field is the province.

Do you see the same thing when you try opening this link as well?
The plan manager should be able to check and change their address from there 🙂
