Unable to sign in

I am using an Android. I can sign into my computer and Playstation, but I tried username and email to sign in the same way, but it says they are incorrect.

In this case, can you restart your device and try to access your account again?

If your account was created with a username and an email address, make sure to use that username and not your email when logging in.

If your account was created with your Facebook profile, make sure to use the Log in with Facebook option.

If you're still unable to access on your mobile device, make sure to delete the Spotify app. Then, download it one more time from this link: https://www.spotify.com/download/.

That's weird. I reinstalled it before and I got the same error message. But
this time it worked. Nonetheless, thank you for your help.
