Unable to view user profile as well as friend's profiles

Hi 

I have a Spotify premium account and my son has linked his facebook profile to my acount! I can not get rid of his name and picture from  the account, I have removed the Spotify app from his facebook acount but its still there?

Please help

If your username here is not a 10 digit number, you should be able to reconnect to the correct facebook account by following these instructions.
