Unidays discount not being applied.

Unidays discount not being applied.

A few months back I recieved an email telling me that my unidays discount would run out unless I verified my continued attendence at my uni - which I did, and my spotify account gave me a message along the lines of "unidays subscription extended", yet I was still charged the full £10 for my last payment, and my profile says that my next payment will also be £10.

 

Any ideas what's happening here?

I would suggest you to get in touch with Spotify so they can check this out for you.
