Unsub last month but was charge again this month!

I wanted to switch to Apple Music so i unsub from Spotify last week and now after my sub was up, you guys charge me again! 

 

What's pogoing on?!? I

I want my money back!

Hey @MaxChee,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

I did not receive any when I canceled it last month, and after being charge agn I had to cancel it for the second time yesterday. I only got a notification email saying I had cancel spotify. 

 

I would really like a refund on this, it's unfair that tI have to pay for an error in the system...
