Upgaded to premium but im still on free and i keep staying in free HELP!!

I upgraded to premium on September 28th and i an still on free till this day. I cintacted spotify support and they told me to contact apple since i paid theough iTunes. When i contacted apple they said they xouldn't help me and that i had fo cintact spotify again. Spotify then sent me here. Help!!! I want my premium

I have the same problem right now. How did you solve the problem?

Either I redone loaded the app and logged out and back in or I couldn't solve the problem so I had to cancel the subscription.
