can I get a refund

my account has been billed for 12 month + but the services haven't been used. 

all the records of the invoices are stored safely on the profile

If you see multiple charges and they’re not pending or to check the payment is valid, you could have more than one Premium account. Follow these ways to find other accounts

 

If you find another Premium account, follow these steps to cancel.
