change country to different than my IP location

I want to change my country to something different than where I am...I don't want it determining my location by IP and I don't want the listis it shows me to be based on my IP. I live in France but prefer not to have all of the music lists French when I browse.

Unfortunately it's not possible, the content such a Browse are always based on IP address. Your only option is to use a proxy.
