have been signed up for free trial last february and because dont really used it, so I unsubscribe the rial but still im charged...Hope give som attention on this problem...

Hi! Welcome to the community! Seems like something went wrong! Since you've cancelled your free trial and you're still being charged, it is possible to get a refund for this "accidental" purchase but you will need to get in touch with the CS team and they will be more than happy to look into this further for you. Please use this online contact formIf you get an automated replay back directing you to the help pages or forums, just ignore it and replay directly to that email. Your second messeage will then for sure reach one of the agents.
