i cant login on my ps4

Help i want to login on my ps4, but if i click on link to my playstation account it says that it is already linked to a playstation account. I've read that unlinking a playstation account from a spotify account is just signing out of your playstation. I have on any playstation and playstation account that I have, logged out. But he keeps giving that message. Does anyone know what I can do about it? I've already clicked on logging out of all devices and removing the permission to playstation in my spotify account but that keeps coming back whenever I reload. Help me please!!!

In this case, you might need to unlink your old Spotify account from PSN. You can use the self-serve option here, or you can contact Sony's customer support.
