helo guys. first of all,im sorry coz my english is not very good. i totally forget my username and password,the problem is my account is premium n eventhough i no longer using my account,its still take my money on bank account. how can i solve this? anyone? thank you very much in advance😥

To check, do you know your Premium account's email address? Do you only have the one account?

We'd recommend checking all of your email addresses for the reciept you recieve upon your first subscription payment. That should give you the details for the account.
