I'm trying to change my password on my Spotifiy Premium account but i receive an error message "Another account is already registered with this email address“. The email address is mine, can you please help me?

I dont know what wrong there with your acc to have a error message like that. But you can try use the Foget password: it will sent a link to your email and all you need is entering a new one 🙂

You normally see that error message when you actually have more than one Spotify account unknowingly (common if one of the email addresses is also used on Facebook). If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can delete the extra one and free up that email address for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
