My original country was Australia.

Now I moved back to Taiwan.

I want to change my country and payment info.

It always shows up "there are some problems to change your info. please do it again later."

Can any tech support help me to solve the problems?

If you could get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form they should be able to check the details of this error for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
