My Question or Issue

I am using a 3rd party media player widget by Stellio Soft and recently the album art stopped showing for Spotify. There has been no issues up until 3/9 and the app developer is saying something must have changed with Spotify. Any ideas? I have tested other 3rd party music widgets and the same error occurs.

I just noticed the album art isn't showing on my Galaxy Watch either like it used to in the "music player" this definitely feels like a Spotify issue?
