Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We're sorry to see that you haven't been able to redeem your gift card. We're here to help. We hope that you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Can you start with checking the code’s characters and try different combinations. Sometimes a zero looks like an O, or a capital ‘i’ looks like a lowercase L.

 

Note: our gift cards can only be used to get Premium Individual plans. You can’t use them for Premium Student, Premium Family, Premium Duo, or trial offers.

 

If that doesn't to the trick, we recommend that you contact our customer support here so that they can have a closer look backstage.
