Hi there @AdamF74,

Does this occur when you're playing a game and Spotify is in the background? In case you're using any performance enhancing settings, try toggling them off temporarily to see if that would alleviate the issue. Something else you can check is if the issue persists on another network (a mobile hotspot would also do). I'd also recommend reinstalling the app, if you haven't already.

Should the issue persist, please share the version of Spotify you're running, along with a short video which captures this behavior in action - that way we can get a clear view of what's happening on your end.
