Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.
 

That being said, we'd like you to know that we received reports from some users that they're unable to manage their Family and Duo plans, as the corresponding tab in their accounts does not load. This was reported here.

 

As mentioned in the thread, this should be fixed now. Just to confirm, are you still having inconveniences sending the invitation link? If yes, try sending it from a different device to check if you notice any difference.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, can you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your side, so we can understand better what's happening? Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
