No option to move downloads to Sd card

My Question or Issue

I'm using the Spotify app on Android and I want to move my downloads to the SD card, but this isn't appearing as an option in Settings - any suggestions?

If you don't have the option available, it's possible that the app is not recognizing the external storage card. In this case, we'd first recommend trying with a different SD card to see if it makes any difference. If the issue persists, as this could also be caused by some damaged cache stored on your device, we'd suggest performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. 

If the issue persists, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running (if you've not done it already) to continue investigating the case.
