Playlist on PC not Syncing New Songs from Phone

I just ran into the issue yesterday where I used my phone app to add a bunch of songs to my large playlist. The songs show up on the playlist on my phone, but no matter how many attempts I make, they will not show up on the same playlist on my PC. I need the one on my PC for work, and it's a bummer to not hear the new stuff I just added because of this.

 

I did do the delete/reinstall, on both devices and restarted both. This did not help anything. Any help would be much appreciated, since I use it on my PC far more often than on my phone.

Odd, can you try just logging out on the PC app and then back in again? Are you using the same account on both devices? Also how many tracks do you have on playlists?

 

If still having trouble then support should be able to check what they hve on the server. You can contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

On Mac: Quit spotify on your computer. Open finder and click "Go" and choose Library (hold alt key). Find Caches- folder and delete "com.spotify.client"-folder. Re-open spotify.
