Spotify won't play! Xperia z2 tablet issue. Android 4.4.4

Spotify won't play any tracks. It plays for a split second then pauses itself. I've unistalled and reinstalled which hasn't worked, any ideas?

Hey @Powis79 and welcome to the community!

Did you try to disable "high quality streaming" in your settings?

Just checked. It's set to normal. I'm at home so there's no issue with data connection.

Can you try a clean install as detailed in the guide here: Please read the guide linked below for details on the most common issues and how to fix them.
