The shuffle option s is not working

The shuffle option s is not working

When I tap the shuffle option a pop-up message saying that I have discovered a premium feature appears, but it doesn't work.
I have a premium plan and is up to date.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

This is very odd behavior indeed. In this case, we'd suggest you log out and log in twice in a row onto your Spotify account on the affected device. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general.
 

If the above doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device, along with the Spotify version you are running there?

 

Lastly, it'd be really helpful if you sent us a screenshot of the behavior described, so we can better visualize what it's happening on your side.
