The clean version of the album is available, but not the explicit one. All his other albums are available, though.

Spotify doesn’t have all the world’s music and podcasts, and what they do have varies over time and between countries. It all depends on permissions from rights holders.

They add new content every day, though, so if you can’t find something, it may appear (or reappear) soon.
