This song is not available with local file

I'm add local files folder as described here: https://support.spotify.com/us/using_spotify/features/listen-to-local-files/

After restart spotify app I'm see my songs (currently 1 album), but when I start to play songs, I see message with flag at top of window:

This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it.

But I'm already try to play my local file. That song was mp3 from google play music.

System: ubuntu.

Same system, same problem. The songs download to and play fine on my iPhone, but on the desktop I get the 'not available' error.
