cant login into desktop app, fine with web app

My Question or Issue

I downloaded the app several times, and installed it viva the snap store, and terminal and etc, but whenever i try to login to my account it says: "Your country does not match the one set in your profile. (the country on my profile is Bosnia) To continue use update your profile or upgrade your spotify account." I dont have any VPN on my compiuter, the spotify app works perfectly on my phone, on web browser, but it just does not work on desktop app. please send help
