Shuffling Problem with Spotify Windows

I've been having issues with shuffling. Example let's say my first song on my shuffle playlist is Bee Gees Stayin Alive then the second song is Elton John Your song. I figure cool its shuffling then seconds later The Bee Gees song stayin alive plays again following the Elton John song Your Song  that played recently. It's almost like it is not in shuffle and going back to the top of the playlist but it is in Shuffle

Windows version = ?

Spotify Destkop version = ?
