autostart at login turned off but still starts at login

Using Windows 10 and desktop app. I have auto start turned off, but Spotify still starts at login. How do I get this to stop? Why have the option if it does nothing?

I came here to report the same issue. Disabled in "Startup" apps and in the settings, but it still starts up with my computer — it is highly annoying.

Same issue here. I have it disabled both in Spotify and on Windows startup settings but it still opens on startup.

i bumped that link here for a reason... for that i have fixed my issue with what i wrote there

its a windows 10 feature that somehow doesnt work with spotify... go to that link and disable the ona sign in option and it should work...
