Charged Twice

I have been charged twice on my account.

 

Mar 05 $6.99

Mar 20 $11.99

 

This is strange when I sign upgraded to $11.99 on the same day. Now is not only charging me twice but also did not do the necessary contra. Can someone help me or else I'm just going to terminate the account.

Sounds like you may have two accounts but no need to worry. Get in touch with the account team here and they'll get it fixed.
