Recently I posted my problem about having two spotifity accounts on the same facebook account. This weird new problem creates a new blanco account and makes it impossible to get on the other.
I was advised to contact customer services through your online contact form which I obviously filled out right away.
But it seems that spotify doesn't really value customer responsiveness as one of their guiding principles because I haven't heard a single thing from them ever since, while I was told that this was, and I quote "a common and easy problem to fix"
If you can't properly fix or even respond to a customer complaint or question, I wonder why you write down that you will respond to me within 48 hours.
@thomashiwet - Just to confirm: did you reply to the automated email reply as instructed to do so by @Thedev in your previous topic here on the community?
If you have done, can you post your case number (#) here and we can asked for that to be chased up for you?
