How to cancel

Can anyone out there tell me how can I cancel this account. I have been trying for 3 months now. I went to the cite to contact them and filled out the cancellation e-mail, to no avail. So I have left a e-mail message on every e-mail address I can find. Very inconvient to have such a large following to not have a customer service number. I started this process on the 1st of january til now. The $9.99 a month is starting to add up....Please if there is anyone who may be able to help me in this quest I will so gladly appreciate it. I'm leaving a e-mail address, and because im so desprite to accomplish this matter I'm leaving my cell phone number.
