I get the email with the link, but when i enter and confirm a new password i get the message 'password could not be sent'. How do I get round this, please?

Have you tried requesting a new email with a reset link? Also, if you used the password before on the account, you should try a new one, sometimes that can fix the problem 🙂 Let me know if this helps.

Hi Josh, well I have requested a reset email link four times and each time I try yo use it i get the same message, even though i am trying totally new passwords. I only need to set a new password because I tried to upgrade the Spotify version I was using, but it froze and I was advised to delete and re-install. I have done this but can't remember my password!!!!
Any help greatly appreciated.

Hmm.. that's odd. If its not working, you can contact Spotify here, if you get an automated response, reply directly to that email, you should get a response back within 24 hours 🙂 They should be able to reset your password and get you back to listening to music 🙂
