Unsubscribed and then subscribed with more cost

Hi! I was subscriber with the very good price for 3,49 EUR. I did the mistake and unsubscribed -explaining about financial reasons- but when I understood that was stupid, I tried to be subscribed again. But now the cost is higher,why???

Ι have to add, that my previous Premium subscription was untill 2014-08-20. So, why was I a common free user of spotify for today 2014-08-18?

Of course I can see my previous subscriptions.They are lower than the current one!
