multiple accounts

i set up a new account on my iphone and had a different account on my windows laptop. Now i can logon to the new account online on my laptop but cannot use the downloaded spotify account on my laptop. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but no luck.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.

Yes, support responded promptly and had me remove and reload both apps again and I was able to gain access on both devices after that. Thanks for your help!

I actually have another problem now in that the app is trying to load all of my itunes playlists onto my phone but there isn't enough capacity on my 16GB phone, so there are multiple files that just continue to say 'loading..'.  I would be just as happy to have nothing from itunes in my spotify app but there was no prompt asking - it just did it.

I am unable to do anything to these loading files. Have you any suggestions?
