Can't create a team- Spotify for Artists

I connected Spotify for Artists to my original name, but I have since changed my name on Distrokid. My music is up and active on Spotify, but I cannot create a new team for my new name. Every time I try to connect my Instagram, I get the error "Insufficient developer role". This is really frustrating as I was hoping to customize my artist profile a bit before publishing more music.
