My Question or Issue

Several accounts of the my family plan disappeared without notice. After inviting they again, an error message appeared saying they couldn’t join the plan because you couldn’t confirm they live with the manager of the account. How can I (the manager) can fix this?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Those members should've received an email asking them to verify their address. Since they didn't do it, they were removed from the plan.
