Missing invoices 2017 - from premium to free

Dear Spotify,

 

Sometime ago (I believe around february) I changed my account from a premium to a free subscription. I seem to still be paying for a premium account. When I check my invoices, I don't see any from 2016/2017/2018. Where are these missing invoices? And how can I stop the payments?

It sounds like you have two Spotify accounts open. I recommend contacting Support about this issue, you can do this via Twitter (@SpotifyCares) or on the online contact form.
