My Question or Issue

Didn't the premium plan come with a Hulu subscription? i tried logging into hulu to watch something and it said i need a subscription and Hulu said i have to talk to spotify to find out what perks i had. BUT i see NO WAY to reach them via email or phone/chat.

any direction would be appreciated

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

Just to confirm, do you have an active Premium Student plan? Keep in mind that Premium with Hulu isn’t available for those who aren’t students.

We used to offer Premium with Hulu for non-students, but not anymore.

If you have Premium Student, you can activate your Hulu plan from your services page.

On another note, we're afraid we don't currently offer phone support. However, you can reach out to our Support team whenever you need through any of these channels.
