My Question or Issue

After many years of being a premium user, all of a sudden, things started going wrong:
Mobile:

- Songs only play the first 10 seconds
- Search does not work
- Everything is slow and lags a lot

- Opening playlists and songs take too long

PC:

- Unable to search for songs
- Does not connect to phone

- Very slow and laggy

- Is not up to date with the playlist made from mobile

Do keep in mind that for many years everything was working smoothly, connection was smooth, speed was good, and everything was fine until it all went wrong. 

I have tried re-installing, updating, rebooting, and all the troubleshooting I can. Nothing is working
Please Help
I love Spotify but I can't seem to use it anymore even on both devices.

Just to confirm, have you made sure to follow these steps when reinstalling the app? This can help you get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing trouble. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in to their personal account using any of your devices to see if they can replicate this?
