PlayStation app forcing log in every time and not being able to find the PS

PlayStation app forcing log in every time and no longer able to find the PS on mobile app to pair. I’ve updated and redownloaded apps on both devices. Still having same problem.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

First off, we'd recommend that you try this with a different internet connection. In case you don't have another available, it'd be great if you ask a friend or a family member to start a hotspot for you in order to test this. 

 

It's also a good idea to check for a pending update on your mobile device. In case you see one - make sure to install it and check if you'll be able to find your PS.

 

Lastly, it's best to try restarting your game console. While we can't guarantee it will resolve your issues, a system reboot works on a whole host of problems, so it's well worth giving it a try.
