Playlist / Shuffle Problem

All of my playlists (online and offline) are all stuck to Shuffle.  I would like them to play in order and only to Shuffle when I press the "Shuffle" button (like it's supposed to work).  Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I have had the same issue for last few days, it seems on here that people have advised to remove and then reinstall the app on your phone, however, I don't want to do this as I will have to sync all my playlists to my phone again... So I have just raised a bug with spotify to bring out a patch update for the issue so then the delete and reinstall should not be necessary.
