Repeat button NOWHERE on premium account

Hi, 

I have a premium account in Australia, and on my iPad, iPhone, and windows desktop the repeat button is nowhere to be found. It isn't on the screen which just shows the song that is playing, and it is also not in the three dots on the right-hand side of the screen?? 

Any help would be great. I've refreshed the apps many times and nothing seems to be working.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Could you try using Sing Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options from your Spotify account?

Also, make sure to have iOS 12.4 installed.
