iOS 9.3.3 Spotify Doesn't Get Past Loading Screen

I've got the Premium version working on multiple computers all of which I've reset and even unchecked all local folder options to see if the iOS version would allow me to open and play music. No luck. I'm easily able to access account via desktop or laptop but whenever I try to open spotify on my phone it just hangs at the splash screen. No loading dots animation or anything. I've uninstalled the app and redownloaded and it makes it to the library screen but then becomes non responsive. I've let it even sit there hoping it would buffer and begin to be useable (I'm talking for hours). This is in conjunction with not having any local files to sync with. It literally is unusable on my iPhone6+. Help please!

Oddly, I just tried logging into the web player on my desktop, then attempted to use my iOS Spotify app and it worked. I guess that was the final step needed to sync up the premium features?
