Do you know if you are running the latest version of iOS and of the app? have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. I assumed I had the latest version of iOS, because I have automatic updates enabled but, sure enough, it’s not up to date. I’ll see if that fixes it.
