landscape mode on iPad Pro looks hideous after tiktok update

My Question or Issue

Ever since the reels where moved to the home screen, there are very ugly empty spaces on both sides of the screen in landscape mode (the only mode I use on ipad pro), and the content is much smaller. I mostly listen to music on my iPad and I am soon going to switch fully to YouTube Music, as I am already using it, if this does not get fixed because it is pushing me out of the app every single time I use spotify (which was every single day).
